Identifying new and diverse suppliers is an important part of our growth strategy, and we have created this website as a method for potential new suppliers to introduce themselves to us. We will also use the information collected here to establish a supplier record within our electronic procurement and payables systems, should we choose to do business with your company.

Industry Code of Conduct
Doing business with Amedisys means that, among other things, your company must understand and support our adherence to the many regulations, codes, and standards that we and others in our industry must follow as we provide home health care and hospice services to our patients. These regulations include HIPAA, Medicare, FDA, and applicable federal and state regulations. In addition, Amedisys must avoid any and all activities or actions that might suggest unethical trade or treatment of the many suppliers that support our industry. Our selection of suppliers is based upon overall performance, quality and cost of the goods and services our suppliers provide, as well as compliance with our ethical and other standards.
Therefore, our employees must follow a very strict code of conduct and avoid any and all situations that might give the appearance of a conflict of interest between Amedisys and its suppliers. Our suppliers must be supportive of this code and not offer gifts, entertainment and other forms of gratuities to any Amedisys employee. If you have any question about what is considered an acceptable form of appreciation for doing business with your company, please contact a representative of the Amedisys Procurement Department to discuss your question.

While we will review all submissions, we will not be able to respond to all.
